Have you heard of "Bullet-proof Coffee"? I first heard about it here: http://wellnessmama.com/5673/the-only-way-i-drink-coffee/ . However, the idea has been around forever (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butter_tea )
OK, so the first time I read about putting butter and oil in my coffee, I though it sounded gross and weird. However, I had all the ingredients and my curiosity got the better of me.
LIFE. CHANGING. COFFEE.
You can brew your coffee the way you normally would, or you can follow my recipe at the end of this post if you want a little extra kick. How to make your coffee "Bullet-proof":
In a blender, combine the following:
1 T organic coconut oil
1 tsp grass-fed, unsalted butter (it's more expensive but it makes a HUGE difference in this recipe)
1-2 tsp honey, to suit your taste preference (use raw honey for anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and choose a local brand to help with allergies)
4 cups brewed coffee (per the measurements on the side of the coffee pot)
Blend on medium speed for about 20-30 seconds until totally combined. It will form a foamy head like a cappuccino.

Note: Add more or less of the coconut oil and butter until you find a combination that you like. Start with a little and work up from there, because it can have some interesting GI effects.
OK... so that recipe is good, but who wants to put that much effort into a cup of coffee; especially if they aren't fully awake yet. Here's where the LIFE HACK part comes in:

Set the timer on your coffee pot at night. In the morning you just need to drop one of these delicious little nuggets into your blender, pour your coffee and blend. VOILA! A perfect cup of energy boosting deliciousness and you didn't even have to open your eyes first.
BONUS RECIPE:
Amp Up Your Coffee Grounds:
Coffee:
2 cups ground coffee (I'm sure organic or herbal coffee is better, but I use the cheap, store-brand stuff)
2 T ground cinnamon (Cinnamon is said to maintain blood glucose levels, increase metabolism, relieve congestion, stimulate circulation, be anti-inflammatory and is also a anti-microbial agent that kills bacteria. Even if that's all nonsense, at least it tastes really good)
2 tsp Turmeric (believed to have a wide range of biological effects including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor, antibacterial, and antiviral activities) (Note: This will turn your "Bullet-proof" foam yellow)
Mix together and store for later use. Measure and brew as you normally would (1 use 6 T of this mixture for a 12 cup pot of coffee... this amount fills my giant coffee cup 3 times)
